Make a Payment

To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to the center safely and securely. When registering for a conference please include the conference title or titles in the description. Multiple conferences can be registered via paypal at one time.

If you prefer to mail a check or Money Order, please make your check payable to: Holistic Health Center and mail to PO Box 96 Middle Village, NY 11379 with your contact information and the titles of the conferences you would like to attend. If there is any problem with registering for the conference please contact Kristie Doheny immediately at 347-255-2087.
