MINDFULNESS BASED STRESSED REDUCTION

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction brings together mindfulness meditation and yoga. Practicing mindfulness is ideal for enlightening greater awareness of the mind-body connection as well as gaining insights into the thoughts, feelings and behaviors which undermines emotional and physical health. The 12 week program at HHC for Personal Health and Healing will touch upon topics such as what is mindfulness, the mind-body connection, how stress or anxiety affects your life and how mindfulness works with stress reduction etc, in addition to providing simple everyday exercises to lower your stress level.
